bisping vs sonnen

i thought bisping won and i was disappointed the judges gave the victory to sonnen. then after his poor showing he tooted his own horn like he won the fight. what a piece of work.

 

I thought Bisping won too, but it was a close fight. Sonnen sounded like he has been in pro wrestling, with all the crap he talked after the fight. Dont worry though, I'll be surprised if he talks as much after the "Spider" gets a hold of him in Brazil!

 

The match was obviously fixed. They want Sonnen to fight Spider. Bisping won that fight IMO. Even if somehow judges seen it different, a unanimous decision????? Come on!! If we all seen Bisping as the winner, how did at least not 1 judge see it that way? Can you say fix?

 

FIXED ! Big crowd favorite and pay per view selling Cheal. Worst thing was his damn speech at the end. One thing tho, i give him more of a chance of winning against Anderson than Bisping. Just my opinion.

It was a really close fight but I agree with the judges that sonnen won.

 

at most a draw. sonnen isnt a spectacular fighter so the pre/post fight chatter boosts his stocks. sonnen is a much better fight for silvia than bisping whole different league. bisping would fall right into silvias standup game. dont get me wrong silvia is gonna have awhole different approach to sonnen this time, especially if sonnen comes to fight like like he did against bisping.

 

Anyone going with Evans over Jones? I'm not!

 

i cant stand that guy talkin like he is the best fighter when he has quite a few losses on his record..... psh i hope silva puts him to sleep this time. ill take evans over jones.

 

I though that Sonnen won rounds 1 and 3 and Bisping took the 2nd, so I agreed with the judges. I'm british but just can't stand Bisping so was glad he lost, but it would have been nice to see Anderson smash him to bits in Brazil, Bisping would have actually thought that his stand up and power could match Silva's, he'd have been in for a very rude awakening IMO.

 

P.s - I'd like Evans to beat Jones but think he's gunna have to improve on that performance against Davis to have a solid chance.

 

i truthfully don't know who will win in jones vs evans. they were in the same camp, evans knows jones's style. evans will try to outpoint bones. evans is 21-1-1. in his decision he beat tito first go around. the only person to beat evans was a bad motherf*&%er. that experience is a lot to deal with. i also believe evans stand up is better than jones. this fight worries me for jones. jones is really feeling himself right now, he used to seem humble. i don't know who will win. jones is a phenom but experience is a big deal.

 

Good post versatile, I know what you mean, Jones is definately buying into his own hype and thats a rocky road to go down for anyone, especially someone so young. Hope Rashad teachs him humility and respect with a first round knockout, cos Evans hits hard (see Liddell and Salmon fights:-)
