Neeed help please

i am looking to buy a puppy from a breeder but im not sure if theyre pure APBT

 

Easy: If you are not sure, then don't do it.

 

If your looking for a APBT then buy an APBT that you know is pure.....if you want a mix breed then got to the dog pound....Ide step away from it....Then again i bought a Apbt from a very famous breeder and it ended up being half bird dog.... so be careful

 

im not sure with bloodlines but he told me that the blood line is razor edge the father is fawn tall lean and well conditioned and the bitch is chocolate medium stocky block head basicly looks like a staffy bull terrier

sounds more staffy then apbt just ask em if u get some paperwork with the pup

 

He said he does and that he got them registered both at the Vet

 

Ummm.... You don't register ''papers'' with the vet. You can register that you have a dog, via city ordinance, with the vet. There's quite a difference in ''I registered with the ADBA and have a pedigree.'' vs ''I registered my dog with the city through the vet.''

 

true the Father and Bitch truely looks like pittys but still im not sure might just buy one just for the hell of it because i love dogs period what is a real pit supose to look like

 

one of the fun things about the breed is that they dont have any certain look to em as they arent bred for looks im guessin that they arent actually real apbt cause you already gave me a name i would stay away from if i was you and thats razor edge those dogs arent pitbulls they are staffs you ask the breeder if these pups have adba papers with em if they say they are registered with the ukc then you know what you got.

 

Well i can save you some trouble if he said the father is razors edge ,then NO they are 100 percent not pure APBT,s.

how did you know he was half bird dog????

 

We did a dna testing that they do now and it shows how the dna traits are different from different dog breeds and the dog i tested came back with the vislas blood from the dad.... so the grandfather of my pup and alot of others were wixed with the bird dogs that happen to stay on the breeders yard....
