    he shouldnt have had his ass out there without knowing how to survive. rations water purification tablets and at least a lil 22. rifle mother nature can be a cold bitch! she has no mercy on the foolish and unprepared. when you you go out in the wilderness you have to have your shit together. that being sais there plenty of plants in the wild that are edible and he could have looked under rocks for bugs and worms. even taking a pellet rifle you can hunt small game. its too bad the dog had to die after only 3 days. but if push came to shove and i had exhausted all my other options than yes i would eat my dog. only as a last resort.
