Plan for my pup

I get her in 2 weeks. Not sure of bloodline but her parents look good.

Avoderm puppy food.
Some type of vitamin supp. E.d.
Amino acids (2g e.d. until 6 months)

Avoderm dog food 1yr+
Same vitamin supp e.o.d.
Amino acids 4g e.d.

probably feed 3 times a day until 1 yr then cut back to 2 and keep her leanish.

Will probably swim her for fun at the local lake here. And walks e.o.d.

The white dog is daddy, black is momma. Ill get pup 2 weeks from today.

you MF kill me always thinkin you have too feed that super expensive super premium shit to youe pups to get them too grow well. put his ass on diamond puppy the original DP and add goat milk to his feed and watch how good his ass start lookin and how well he fills out. dont worry about all those supplements and shit put that bread towards shots and a good bottle of wormer get it from tsc not walmart and you and that pup will be just fine. dont take too many public places til hes had at least two rounds of shots. parvo is a pain in the ass and a serious killer of pups!!

 

..ya have a nice dog...an can be seen ya will look after well,,but more than likely ya won't need all them supp's;...just feed him/her once a day or twice if ya like..main meal+small in the evening...as ock says ya can kill your dog with kindness...most of the vit's/supp's are all-ready in the food's ya feed..and your dog looks fine,,so try and give up on the supps....no need for them..as yet/or prob/never.....g-luck with dog

 

Yeah okc just tryin to justify bein cheap lol, however original diamond is crap...BUT, naturals or P.E is good stuff as far as kibble goes...

If the pup is on quality feed it doesn't need supplements you can add some salmon oil or virgin coconut oil but other than that the feed alone will provide all the pup needs.

 

I feed enzymes and amino acids every other day and think it's beneficial when in a maintenance diet. Also feed others oils and vitamin supplements. Feed it if you want. Kibble is great and is supposed to give a dog it's daily nutritional needs... Since not all dog's needs are equal and no dog is perfectly balanced I like to supplement my daily feed and I've noticed it to be beneficial. Educate yourself in why your feeding it and then make an educated decision on what your doing. Instead of just yes maning the people's here.

 

PS .... Folks can analyze all they want but pups do great on diamond puppy and that's tried and true tested in the field. Not an analysis on a label. The high end stuff aint bad but I don't see the difference as far as development goes between the two.

MAN IF I WAS being cheap i would have said just get him some puppy chow!! lol. but on some real shit warm goats milk over Diamond puppy twice a day will have your pups right i dont give a fuck what nobody says. ive seen it too many times i know what it does!!!

 

Shit puppy chow ain't the cheapest.... If you gonna be cheap feed the shit they have at my feed store in brown bag... Its called "dog food".... No shit that's the name... Its $8 for 50lbs

Yea I know what all the micro nutrients do...I was just wondering if there is a concensus on the way I was planning on feeding.

Are there any good topics over bloodline testing or is that kind of thing supposed to be tracked?

i see 0 reason to feed 3 times a day till a dog is a year old.. they tend to do fine cut to once daily by/around 6mo.
