I will never understand why people continue to do this !But yes this sounds about right !

 

To me it seems as if a pattern is forming or has been formed. I can think of a couple incidents where breeders were raided, dogs put down, breeders accused and arrested, only to be proven innocent. Now by that time the damage is done.....and IMO their prime objective is already over. THE ERADICATION OF THE DOGS.

 

LE/AR aren't retarded. They're on the same message boards, they go to the same shows, they have all the old mags and all of the new ones. They also know all of the silly "code words" that really make no sense.

Dogmen are hanging themselves. Wish the best for M.H. and his family/dogs. Hope they're treated fairly and get a chance to get back to their lives. A damn shame to have his family's pictures plastered like that.

 

Also we look stupid when we say they kill the dogs. They used to. They don't now. So many damn "rescues" with game dogs now. They found out those dogs make a lot of money for them alive and not dead. Our side cant even stay current on wahts going on.

 

I hope they have the resources to hire a good attorney. Many zealous prosecutors have had their asses handed to them in cases of dogs and other issues.

I have heard many times, and posted the same here, that if you arrested, don't say anything, except "talk to my lawyer." Don't say "I am innocent;" don't say anything at all.

I am not always against LE, but to balance the power, you need a good lawyer when you are accused of something.

I see mention of marijuana and pain killers. This could be bullshit just to scare these people into admitting to something, especially since pain killers are legal (depends on circumstance of course), and marijuana laws are falling down left and right. But it does serve as a warning that if you have dogs and are on the wrong side of the law in other ways, they will use it all against you if they can.

The idea that these dogs are being rescued, as others have stated, is a fucking joke.

 

These dogs are outlaws (that's how America see it)
If true to these dogs you have to live like a outlaw IMO.

I subscribe to a small ranching mag which has a column dedicated to what would be sound bytes on tv. This: "FBI MAKES ANIMAL CRUELTY A FELONY." "Citing the long-established connection between intentional harm of animals to violence against humans, the FBI has turned animal cruelty into a 'top-tier felony.' This comes in addition to making animal cruelty its own category in terms of crime categorizing. In the past, animal cruelty was listed as 'other' while there were specific categories for things like homicide and arson already. The crime will now be categorized along four subcategories according to the FBI: simple or gross neglect; intentional abuse and torture; organized abuse (such as dogfighting and cockfighting); and animal sexual abuse(whatever that is).

Priorities are certainly interesting.

 

Just another way to worm their way into the lives of the "free" and the "brave", LE are only good and needed when "YOU call THEM" other than that it is all for revenue and to build a case for more infringement on our rights. As for the drugs, lol what a joke, they are just attempting to paint a picture of a bad(dog fighting) man and many people see drugs as bad. The media are using the old "strawman" tactic, and more than likely employing fallacies to bolster unfounded internet rumor, along with an appeal to authority to enhance their baseless accusations...blah blah blah. More of the same old same old, as more gene pools are destroyed-dogs are taken to an undisclosed place, re papered and given to cops who are so called"undercover" and these dogs will be used by so called "law" to entrap a bunch of new "bad guys" what a crock..Just another Hegelian dialectic sold to the people by the BS news media and bought hook line and sinker.

 

I know nothing about this particular individual / family or his dogs and I wish them all the best in these trying times....... however can you guys really be honest with yourselves and say that the quality of living and upkeep for his animals was up to par for a true dog man and representative of this breed ? Honestly.... don't get me wrong, the dogs looked fine minus that skinny pup. But living in a rusted out metal barrel. I don't know ? Sometimes stuff as simple as that just gives people a reason to start looking. I know weather its a pet, [] dog, or just show confirmation, I'm not leaving my dogs outside in a rusting barrel. Its things like that that put all of us as owners at risk. Just gives the law a reason to come snooping around. I'm not saying, I'm just saying.........

I've never used a metal barrel before but some dogs will chew a wood house up as fast as you can build a new one that there is no point to give em anything but a plastic barrel

 

These people(or any other bulldog breeders or owners) or how they care for their dogs(metal, plastic, concrete houses, treadmills, breaking sticks etc) has nothing to do with what is happening across the country to bulldog owners everywhere. This is the inner workings of 'the machine' they do this same type shit every time. This looks like nothing more than shameful, lawless gestapo tactics, crooked prosecutors with political ambitions, backed by media fallacies to make the clueless believe blue bacon(and the so called law lmfao) are out for their best interests and is out there saving the world one poor doggy at a time, what a joke. On another note, trying to make these victims out to be part of a larger "problem" for other dog owners is rude and inconsiderate(they do not deserve this), and if you do not know them or been there its just(passing the straw) creating more straw men in a long line of straw men. Who knows if all that footage is even actually from their place, who knows, I don't. All I know is that family are about to go through the crooked court ringer, and opinions should be based on actual self seen evidence not scam media video footage, they deserve words of encouragement and any help possible from the so called bulldog nation. Someone recently posted some great words of wisdom about the anti pitbull people being united to end the pitbull(and its owners). Why are the dog owners not united as well to protect the dogs and those who love them? Great insight.

I doubt this will be popular to say but there is only one way to save the apbt and that is stop matching dogs, that's what the general public hates, they don't care about apbt when you don't have the shadow of dogfighting hanging over the breed
