Donald Vincent Kalt better known by his ring name Don Fargo, was a German-born American professional wrestler.

During his career (which spanned from 1952 to 1986), he held over 55 championships including 14 reigns as NWA World Tag Team Champion, most famously with Jackie Fargo as part of The Fabulous Fargos.

He was a mainstay for various territories throughout the United States including NWA Mid-America, Georgia Championship Wrestling, Western States Sports and Big Time Wrestling (later World Class Championship wrestling). Gulf Coast wrestler Terry Lathan has called Fargo "one of the most colourful, fascinating personalities ever in wrestling".

He was inducted into the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame and Museum (Class of 2014), the NWA Wrestling Legends Hall of Heroes (Class of 2009) and was an Honouree of the Cauliflower Alley Club in 2004.

In the year preceding his death he had been battling cancer.

He died on November 8, 2015.

One of the greatest Frisco females of all time, she was a killing machine in high level competition which she travelled different countries multiple times to do. She beat and killed CH Eliseo 3XW in 18 minutes her first time out, her 2nd she beat and killed Miss Tona Black in 1.10. For her 3rd she beat and killed a 2XW in short order, for her 4th she beat and killed a 2XW in 15 minutes to become a CH 4XW, going for her GR CH she met the legendary GR CH Siega were she lost to Siega but went Dead Game winning GIS at the World finals on a 14 card show. She faced 5 dogs and each dog was from a different country and all show winners.

We were talking dogs the other night at the shop and sort of reminiscing about the good ones we had, the ones we saw and the ones that left with out lunch money.

We could not remember if the dog we were talking about was off geachiman or off the dog that made him. We were thinking it was a bit earlier, around '01/'02.

We went on a rough stretch and dropped three or four in a row. One of those came from the "Geach' family. We just could not say exactly when noe who.

Crazy how the brain can work sometimes and then other times, not so much.

The more I look at the photo the more I think it could have been a little earlier than the years I stated. Geach died at 14 years old. He was 11 when I bred Mia to him and got Lil Miss Geach, Bella Donna and the only male pup that I sent back down to BBD. Geachiman looks much younger in that photo than 9 or 10 years old. By at least 2 or 3 years. I'll have to ask Butch or Ponte if he remembers what year it was taken.

    No biggie.

It was shop talk and in one instance we remember every detail from the ride going, the get together and the ride home.

In the next instance I can't swear it really happened.

    LOL

I have told this story a time or two, but it came up in the shop the other night.

We entered my son and his puppy (Patrick's Kasai X Edwards' Molly II-Snooty/Molly Beed) in a SDR show in Griffin, NC.

It was suppose to be a fun thing.

The young male was a really good looking dog, very well put together.

He won the puppy class and then won the Junior Handler class. I thought we were done and they motioned us to another trip in the ring. Mr. Garner picked him for Best in something, and then again for Best in Group.

My son was jacked, as he was ultra-competitive. When they called him to go for Best in Show our little group was riding him pretty hard.

There was a guy next to us who had won a couple different classes and he had a T-shirt on that had a diagonal line with Tom Garner Kennels on top of a picture of CH/ Chinaman and Frisco ROM. We told my son that guy would win because TG owned both of the dogs on his T-shirt.

The other guy won with a really nice looking black male. We finished second over-all. Instead of congratulating my son we used the opportunity to ride him a little more.

We told him the thing was rigged and that dog was picked because the judge owned the dogs on the other guy's T-shirt. My son was mad as all get out.

They gave him the plaque below. On the ride home I told him we could place the pic on the outside of the frame so we could see him, the dog and the judge.

He slid the pic back in the frame and only him and his dog showed.

Out of the mouths of babes he said, "That judge is a frikkin' cheater so why would I want a cheater like him in a pic with me and my dog?".

It was as funny as all get out. My son is grown now and when we were talking about it the other night I told him that black dog just looked better.

He said, "Bullshit, that guy fucked me and fucked my dog. Fucking cheater".

    Still bitter. Still competitive.
