    A number of years ago you couldn't give me a brindle dog. I thought it was the ugliest thing to ever happen to a dog. Just plain bad.

    Then we made some Red Boy type crosses and started getting the brown brindle and an occasional darker brindle. They started to grow on me and in time now I think there is nothing like a brindle bulldog.

    Good looking pups. Just be careful as their play fighting will turn to real fighting before you can blink an eye and you could have a mess on your hands.

    Yes, the darker the brindle the prettier it is. I’ve always liked brindle dogs so I’m happy with her.
    I’m definitely tracking on the potential for a real fight. They play nice, but get fired up when they’re tired, so I put them up when it’s time.
    They stay in separate kennels.

    Nice lookin dogs. I had a brindle bitch round here and she was a nice looking dog. Small though staying round the 29-31lb mark.

    Good luck with them, if your new to these dogs a good tip as they get older watch when one of the pups jumps on the others back. They’ll give you about 3 seconds to grab em before they are in holds.
