    I like a longer muzzle, the short muzzle is bred for show and looks! the longer muzzle is bred to perform! :) although there are good short muzzled dogs out there too!

    On the other hand, she's a nice looking girl, and best of luck w/her!

    Just guessing here, but that muzzle size has nothing to do with performance. Just b/c a dog has a longer muzzle doesn't make it a better hunter than a dog with a shorter muzzle & vice versa. Working dogs aren't bred for muzzle size, they're bred for function.

    She's adorable. I don't know much about bloodlines...so I'll keep my mouth closed on that subject and let the people who are more educated in that area give their comments/advice. The muzzle probably just looks long because of the angle of the picture. I have a couple shots of my Lexas that make various parts of her body look bigger or smaller. You better keep us updated with pictures as she grows!!

    BTW she looks like a "Baby Girl" to me!
