went to the show today. had a preety good time. it was nice seeing howard and beth and faith.









i got a second place under the first judge and a first place under the second judge. unfortunately there was only one other dog in my class!!! (18 - 24 month) i was not expecting a win since his leg has been messed up and i have not worked him at all.

Here's some pics from the Coldwater AADR show this past weekend. Didn't get too many because we were too buisy showing and pulling.

Phoenix : 4 1st place and 2 best puppies, she only needs 5 more points and just turned 9 months old.



Saber : went to the show needing 12 points for pullmaster and ended up getting those twelve plus enought to get 1/4 of the way to pullmaster 1. Yeaaaa our first titled dog!!!!!! Saturday took 1st on 60-70, lb for lb 60+, and most weight pulled 60+. Sunday he took a 2nd but he beat his personal best on that track wooohooo!!

Nope, I was too busy showing and making sure my daughter didn't let her pup get eaten. Those pics of Saber pulling were on his last attempt on Sunday & I totally missed pics of my other dog. & I hear ya on figuring out all this technology, it took my an hour to figure out why I couldn't upload to photobucket - the log in tab should've been an indication lmao.

Next time just hit me up, let me know what dogs are yours, and we'll take some pics. What good is a bad ass camera if you don't use it . I try not to take pics of dogs I don't know because some people can be touchy.

Yes that was your hide Livewire but it was a piece I cut from a hide I bought LONG ago from you.

We had an AWESOME time at this years COLDWATER show. It was great to see everyone again there. Our kids had a lot of fun running with Kayla and it was great hanging out with so many friends and familiar faces. I only wished my hands weren't quite so full the entire time we all could have stayed and laughed a little longer.

The first day our pups really couldn't have made us any prouder. They were pretty close to getting their CH. They left no doubt about getting it! They each took a Best in Show on Saturday. The dogs that were there all came in real good shape and were well handled so you could imagine how surprised and acknowledged we felt by the AADR. We didn't just hop off the couch with the hounds for the show - and it always feels good to know those hours alone on open road were rewarded when someone noticed that extra mile. We certainly didn't expect to accomplish the goal we had set out for - but we made both dogs CHAMPIONS that day in Coldwater and we celebrated it... until I got in trouble and was sent to bed (thanks EW, DW, AB, BW and everyone involved).

The next day we were just "happy to be there". Well - unbelievably our boy Greenbean took his first step in Ch of Ch class by taking "Best of Champions".

Thanks again to the folks at the AADR for putting on an excellent show and the good people of Michigan for being our host and showing us plenty of hospitality and friendly gestures. Once again we were sad to see the weekend come to an end and part with so many dogmen and women we are fond of. We look forward to our next reunion with y'all!
