Joe Woodall Busted...The witch hunt goes on

HOLY PHUCKIN SHIT! i couldnt believe what i was reading...good post Marty, as much as it sucked to read some of it.

 

I was a little surprised to find out what had happened.I had heard possibly that's who snitched but I hoped it wasn't true,but it looks like it is.Have they killed his dogs yet?I hope not and I wish Woodall the best.Hope he beats this.

NO, thats the problem if your neighbor says you have been "training your dog to fight" they come and you have "dog fighting equipment" (treadmill, break stick, meds, etc.) they will charge you and fight you in court untill you can't afford to fight anymore and steal your property.

This is very eye opening and a shame really. I'm glad Joe got the dogs back, but look what they have had to go through...And tell me this...

I would like to know who the original snitch was that is referred to as CI-004. He is the one that called and turned all these folks in. If you read what I'm reading, CI-004 is the one who snitched and got Jerry busted. Then he, Jerry, cooperated with the law. You read this in the first and fourth enlarged paragraph. Anyone have any idea who this "informant that wishes to remain anonymous" could be?

 

It sounded like they only ever had phone conversation with 004... But that doesntchange the fact that Irish Fairy ran his mouth instead of playin the hand he was dealt... Phuckin pussies...

 

I wished the anonymous snitch was made public too.Whoever it is,I guarantee he'll snitch on someone else when given the chance.

wow... nothing worse in this world than a snitch. Especially in a tight nit community like dogs. My job is the same way tho (union insulator) - everyone is cowardly nowadays... If somebody finds this clown out somewhere ... i bet the $5000 would seem irrelevant then

Confidential Informants or in this case CI-004 (which seems to me that there is 3 other snitches as well involved in this) will only usually be named once a case actually makes it to the court room. Typically they are even left out of or called CI's in the discovery, Luckly, here in American, it's a right to be able to face your accuser. Once a case goes to trial they have to disclose who there informant or informants are, that way, your lawyer can start tring to discredit the person......

 

I know! It looks like the poor dog tore a tendon and they NEVER bothered to treat it. They ruined Wee Man's leg and but had the gall to say Joe was not caring for his dogs correctly? Shame on them. They should be charged with what they did to that poor dog's foot.

 

I just read the whole thing in full and they list CI-004 as a proclaimed dog fighter himself and then they go on to talk about Irish Jerry......hummm. Although they won't tell you the CI's information in the Affidavid or the discovery they almost always point out who the snitch really was just by the things they use to describe the CI (in this case a self proclaimed member of a group of people violating the Georgia animal welfare act and then going on to talk about Jerry). This looks like someone (in my opinion I.J) was ratting on other people to get out of trouble himself. This is the real reason dogman after dogman is getting there dogs merked, properties siezed and possessions confiscated! Guy #1 gets in trouble and dosn't want to man up so Guy #1 blames and provides rock solid information to law enforcement about Guy #2, the information has to be correct and factual within a reasonable doubt in order for Guy #1 to get any deal from the District Attorneys. In the end, alot of times the DA's will F**K over both Guy #1 and Guy #2 unless one or the other can prove to be benifitial to them in future investigations............In most of these cases you will see the same things, abuse of legal powers, breaking of the law by law enforcement to catch other people breaking the law (this is the most prevailant one I have seen), the manipulation of truths and facts to obtain a search warrant and my personal favorite, raiding a property without an actual warrant (yet obtaining one after all is said and done) and hiding behind probable cause when defending the illegal raid in court. It's just goes to show you that now a days loyalty among peers is long gone and it is a dog eat dog world anymore so CLOSE YOUR CIRCLES, if you sell dogs and someone comes to buy one and starts talking about gameness and/or any other ring slang MAKE THEM WALK! STOP ADVERTISING PUPS, OR YOUR KENNELS OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT CAN AND WILL INCRIMINATE YOU. Everyone wants to belive that the internet is what is causing all these raids but look hard at all these cases, while they are using publications and the internet as more evidence agince said individuals, IT'S THE PEOPLE YOU KNOW WELL AND DEAL WITH THAT ARE GOING TO GET YOU F**KED IN THE END.....(Possibly literaly!)

 

Just to let to all know weeman legs are better Thanks to Orrs Animal clinic in Cumming Ga. weeman is training for his first weight pull, one other the other dogs showen in the raid, Skinny (the one JOHN THE TERROist GOODWIN said had a red mark under his chin) he is going for his 4 weight pull he has (since he has been back home) won 3 first place in weight pull 1 2nd place and 1 first place and best in show in conformation show, we are very proud of ours dogs and always will be we are very happy to have them all back at home, our sons and very happy, including all the kids at the ball park,yes our dogs go to the ball park and watch all the kids play ball, they love to be around the kids it was the worst day in our live when they took our dogs I will never forget the day JOHN the terroist GOODWIN stood in my living room and took my dogs!!! a terroist in my home that close to my kids. PLEASE watch out take care of you dogs and protect them from hsus(wait a mintue arent they the ones that should help us),:eek:
