This is an interesting case. It isn't even about whether birds, etc.were sold across state lines giving the federal government authority to prosecute this case,.....but whether the fact that note-pads, leg bands, vitamins, etc. shipped from outside South Carolina to people present at the fight does,........just give it a quick read

 

i think the feds have bigger problems than cock fights waste of time and money how many chickens do they kill at kfc same thing if you ask me
