Eva's Lure Coursing Adventure

Eva and I are in Perry, Ga at a 4 day lure coursing event. Over the 4 days Eva will run 7 600 yard sprints. She's already got 6 down and one more coming up in the morning. She earned her AKC Coursing Ability title on day 2 for three runs and will need 3 more after tomorrow for her CAA.

But most of all he is having an absolute BLAST chasing the bunny.

Wow that dogs in awesome shape how fast is she over a 600 m sprint mate

 

The event itself isn't timed but I timed her on one of those videos and she did it in 38 seconds. She wasn't even breathing hard when she came off the field, could have easily run it again a time or two.

Thanks very much! I got some photos of Eva's second run. I watched her take that fall but looking at these photos I'm so impressed with how she kept her eyes on her target as long as she could and got up and kept going.
