Either is fine. Or vary it. Whatever you find at the store that week. Chicken liver is more manageable cause its smaller and you can just freeze up what you dont use that week. The beef you have to chop up. Give a little at a time, it might cause some loose stool.

 

I am barely going to add the chicken gizzards and livers this week, about how much would you say I should feed her of the two for each serving?
