Kayne at 19 weeks!!!

I will post some photos of kayne, there all taken with a camera phone so sorry for the quality. A little update on Kayne, the dog i took in because a friend couldnt own a pitbull. Anyways, hes coming along great. Hes a very confident animal. He has no fear of dogs or other animals, regardless of size or agression. Hes a very active dog and will play all day long, and chase any cat, bird, squirrel etc he can. Not scared of people, hes protective though. I cant even order at a drive thru because he barks and growls at the speaker and the drive thru teller. Hes not a people biter, hes cautious for about 5 minutes, until he realizes your ok. Hes great on walks, i can walk him off leash no prob( not that i do this consistently, and only when theres no cars/people/animals). Hes fully house trained and listens very well for a pup. when he was 17 weeks he weighed 30.5lbs so ill assume hes around 35lbs now. Tell me what you guys think about him!

Yeah he is. I like the way hes built. Hes got practically no fat, strong posture. Ill post better pics with a real camera so you can sow his structure.

Yeah i like the way he looks, only prob with owning a red nose is everyone wants to know where to get a rednose as if its a bloodline. im going to start telling them they sell them at walmart for cheap.

 

Noo, Don't do that! I've seen a man in a Walmart parking lot selling Pit puppies a few times.

LOL, oh i know. Other day i had a hispanic kid(im hispanic) point to my dog and ask me "excuse me sir, where can i get one? thats a rednose right?"

Thanks guys for the replies. Tomorrow I will get a real camera and take some real pictures of him. He is fed blue buffalo, gets 2 cups a day. I keep him lean. He's always full of energy. Gets handwalked everyday. I do some LIGHT flirt pole work with him. And I know some of you remember he was having issues with people, well he's completely turned around. He will usual bark and growl for about 2 mins when meeting new people or strangers. After that he's totally fine and will sleep on you. I've been pushing hard with socializing and its paid off entirely. I'd like to thanks midnight cowboy, and dreampits amongst others who gave me a lot of good advice on how to help him come along. Big thanks to all of you!

 

dont worry about keeping him lean at this age, a plump little pup is better than a skinny one!

 

Once I get settled in the 703 we will chat he looks good and seems to be comming around.:cool:

 

That would be great, you can just messege me whenever. As to junkyard, he's not lean as in skinny. He's lean as in very healthy looking. I mean he weighs about 35lbs.

great looking pup!! i love that red brindle. he is a big boy for sure, but mine was rather large at that age too unfortunately lol
