League Against Cruel Sports Launch New Fighting Dog Crimewatch Line

    A recent survey commissioned by the League Against Cruel Sports revealed that more than two-thirds of people think a prison sentence is the most appropriate punishment for an offence where a dog is set onto another animal to fight.

    ‘Fighting Dogs’ the Leagues new campaing highlights the cruelty of dog fighting, badger baiting and terrier work. A short film has been made to help launch a new telephone line where members of the public can report incidents to the League’s Fighting Dog crimewatch line.
