I think you hit the thread correct, members learn from each other, and wile I feel PBs can be superior with people above others you are rite that not all are going to be and I would add PB owners always have the dog on dog personality to except also Your voice of logic and view point helped me to realize don’t get to cocky with perfection of a PBs human loving potential
    (Don’t look for trouble)

P.S. Still I wonder about the stories of past handlers how they used to wash each others dogs, and during matches dogs were focused on each other and not aggression on humans along with trust to allow handlers to mend them up after the match, I still have to believe this helped to instill fine human trust many other's don’t have

    A friend's old 'pit bull'..

My brother's "pit bull" (looks like he'd got lab or something). This dog nearly broke MY neck trying to kill a friend he didn't recognize who was at the window. He bit CLEANLY though their metal slat blinds. And while guarding his couch bit my niece when I went to push him down.

This is a friend's 'pit bull', and it's sire looks like a PB white siberian husky.

This is an interesting thread... You mentioned getting pics of dogs in bad neighborhoods with druggy owners? When I get my camera MC I can gets some pics for you... One of them is a maybe chow pit or something and it is VICIOUS. I mean, if I got loose I would probably have to kill it to keep it from mauling a kid, and he'd be called a pit bull by AC.

Those are nice looking strong dogs, of the three , two sound like on the money and you have great admiration for them . I wonder how nerve wracking it is to have a dog that actually wants a piece of a person, I could never own a dog with the HA way, I figure sooner or later they will get what they want. Still I guess if someone really knows how to handle a HA dog it must be a way of life. I with all due respect to any one with an HA dog feel the HA personality needs to be gone by means of never breeding one and perpetuating the trait, I am a purest I feel PB and PB types need first to be human friendly, how they are in respect to gaminess is a personal experience but Human aggression in the PB and PB type I have no toleration, I am kind of talking about berserk HA type a certain level of protective quality is ok. The Pit with maybe some lab looks nice but!!
As a reference to post 64 this is the pup getting older<O:p</O:p
As long as they have her I will see her every so often<O:p</O:p
She is a collage PB pup being a part of beer keg parties & other type of social events <O:p</O:p
The puppy is teething hard as at one point my fingers were open season.<O:p</O:p

The cold weather is approaching the north east and the dogs are still here. A PB 50% Boxer 50% mix that seems kinda lanky.

My dog Brutus, although I highly doubt he has any APBT in him, most people that see him automatically think he is. I always say hes a dog, thats all I know, but with his good nature hes a good ambassador for the breed, tho he most likely has no connection.

Brutus must have some ,looks like a boxer mix with APBT imo
These pictures are blurry, but that’s how some people see the APBT, no clear understanding

I took a trip to the pound and saw this small vicious mutt; I tested this dog with a leash rope material to see if he had some bite to his bark. He sure did he bit into the rope hard. The thing is I was surprised to see the pound looking to adopt out this dog. There was even a half page note explaining his behavior unique to him being at pound and how sweet a dog he was, I am not buying it.
Out in the back is a PB no one can see due to quarantine, I don’t want to sound trite, but if ever a PB acted like the small black and white mutt, that PB would not stand a chance of adoption
