I had to take my pup to the vet yesterday with a urinary tract infection.
When the vet did some test she said his nitratrate levels were off the chart.
I have always used Nutro Max or natural choice. My vet said that he was having a
a bad reaction to this food. Has anyone had this problem, or have any good alternatve food
to try? I'm sure it's a simple dietary issue, I just want to make sure he is getting the
best quality food for his early stages that won't cause health problems.

  2. green diamond use that one. look for the first ingredient, if it is fish, chicken or lamb that is a good thing, if it is corn meal, bone meal or something else, that is junk. 27% protein the best one.

You have to look at more than 1 ingredient! A McDonald's burger has meat in it is it healthy? Look at the first 10.
