This is something that's been on my mind for a while now.
I have irish staff's for the last 13 years now.
Good little dogs worth feeding.

Last year i got a bitch that is imo scatterbred, she's got irish Staff's, stock KC staff's and APBT in her.
She turns out to be a good dog
The APBT starts in her 4th gen.
The 4th and 5th i can not name now, because i do not know those kennels in person.
But the 6th gen = ch wells scallyweg x garner's spikey rose and Romero's Black diamond x Harris evil.
1 Of the fifth is ROM, and the irish dogs are also good dogs.
Al i care about are good 'character' bred, athletic dogs with in the range of 30 and 33 lbs.
I was thinking about breeding her to a male heavy bred on those out of the sixth gen or fifth (if i can find it here).

If you had the time and place to see what that kind of breeding would do.
Would you do it ?, or do you think that's a wast of time to experiment and just get a dog from straight bred line's.

This would really be 2 different line of dogs in breed by now.
Let me know your opinion please.
I'm not out to created a breed or something, just good dogs based of the old bull and terriër type.

This bitch reminds me off my dog Riff and especially his litter brother littleman! Personally i would try it out some of these staffs need an injection of fresh blood to give them the vigour we love!

She's just a little bigger as LM if i had to judge from pic's.
He's a fine looking dog indeed.

 

a bit of decent pbt blood in it will sure fire it up....would you be prefering the smaller ones tho?

I'm going to search around for a suided male for her.
Just finished talking with a friend of mine and he also like's the idea about this breeding.

@crushbones, thanks these pics are from last year in the hands of her former owner at the first pit bull show in holland.
She won that show in that condition and for this year i'm going to put her in excellent condition.

This bitch may not be the best bred bitch out there to some people i can understand and like i said she is a scatterbred dog but i found out that she does her job without complaining.
So to me a good dog.
That is al i care about .

they are a little related indeed, but Riff is more pure bred than Flame.
Do like the head of Riff.
