Pre keep pics

    Anyone got any pics of their dog before and after just the pre keep? ask as a friend of a friend showd his dog and said his just finished the pre keep but imo the dog still looked quite heavy.

    I just started light with a 1.5 there and back walk/run on a long lead 6 days. Brought her inside- took her fat intake down, 3 days a week running bleachers at the highschool, 30 minutes of spring pole or flirt pole a day. She's doing 3 miles one way now runnng with my husband 6 days.
