    Don't let money be the excuse..shop around, make sure the chickens air chilled, you can the leg qs from anywhere from 50c/lb to 1.20/lb. With One dog that should last you a month. Less than a dollar a day, That's 25$-60$ +2$ for eggs. Mind you red meat tend to be more exp, it goes on sales and whole sale for around 1$/lb if you can find it, butchers have lots of scrap redmeat, but I'd rather feed the leg qs.. Look for distributors.
