    seen this on Facebook does anyone else do this

    "A proper set up for a spring and hide combo or a "Spring pole". You should never set up a hanging spring pole. Ground tugs are the best for building overall muscle, stamina and mind set of the TRUE WORKING STYLE of the APBT"
