Strange Request, PLEASE READ (RE: Anti-Tethering)

Hello,

I am working on a project of sorts (Regarding anti-tethering laws), and have a strange request.

I need photos of dogs jumping/escaping 6' foot privacy fences and/or "secure" kennels. (Also, if someone has a larger copy of this image, http://www.workingpitbull.com/Images2/fp8.jpg please let me know) A
As well as photos of dogs rescued from poor conditions that were not tethered.

I am also requesting photos of happy, well-adjusted dogs on PROPER chain set-up (Preferably dogs that have a CGC or TDI certification).

Also, personal anecdotes of folks who were forced to either give up or euthanize their dog to comply with anti-tethering legislation.

If you have any questions regarding the nature of what I'm working on, just PM me! (Essentially an "infamous" anti-tethering organization is causing trouble and pushing to have these laws passed in my community. On top of speaking at legislative hearings, I am making an effort to educate the dog owning public via brochures/hand-outs)

I fear that them dummys will just say "The kennels need to have tops"
