United Pulling Federation (UPF)

    Is the UPF a failed organization? I had a link saved, and for the longest time they never updated the information on thier site. Now I get the message of doom when I hit that link. Also there are apparently no active sites when I google it either. Any info will be appreciated.     The UPF is definately going thru some issues. Small turnouts, internal strife with members, money problems, ect. The person that took care of the website decided they didn't want to play nice with the members anymore and basically told them to fork over $1000-1500 or he would take down the website (he did the same thing with the APA site :rolleyes: when he left that org)
