    Let it roll off your back. It took me a long time to get like that, and I'm still not perfect, but if I'm going to be involved in anything, and not hide away in my house, I need to be able to laugh things off. Laughter can be a powerful thing, as Roger Rabbit says. :) I've had people spark up at me, only to have me laugh at them, and the effect is twofold: They're all flustered because I'm not getting upset, and I instantly feel better because I had a good laugh.
