Arizona cliff jumping

    I see the secenry here and the blue waterfalls and people jumping into them is this a safe pay and then enter park or are people just wandering off desert paths and know wher to find these havens.Has anybody here done cliffjumping.Also is this weather i am looking at in Arizon through out the year or does it get kinda gloomy in the winter
