Chattanooga, TN -- A Bradley County woman received a strange phone call on Monday. The caller claimed to be holding a person named Kevin until his pit bull dog was released. The woman who received the call said she knows a person by the name of Kevin but knows nothing about references by the caller about a dog. In the meantime, the investigation is continuing.

Police are trying to locate a 58-year-old Chattanooga woman after finding her car abandoned beside the railroad tracks on Old Chattanooga Road. The investigation revealed Sharon Stoker has been living in her Ford Escort, but when it was found deputies discovered transmission problems made it not drivable. Stoker left the car keys, some prescription medication and clothing inside the car. Anyone knowing her whereabouts is asked to contact the sheriff's office.
