Crosses That Didn't Work Out?

    What is the point of a cross? Not just in dogs. So..f it didn't work....well back to the drawing board...study harder...may have missed the slightest thing...that is my answer..but hey the thread kinda needed some a left turn I thought.

    A wise observation DAN, I think some 50 years later it still has to do with the correct balance of THE DIME & DIBO FACTOR... Too much % of one or the other and the BALANCE gets off, and alot of todays dogs are saterated in too much of one or another and GREAT LINES have a GREAT BALANCE of BOTH...
    DAN i agree that the redboy line has helped more lines than any other probablly cause they are mostly heavy DIBO...
