Is my foster too lean?

She is about 10 weeks old, I am not a fan of keeping dogs fat. The last couple of fosters left quickly or they were fuzzy and a little plumper.

Should I let a little rib be visible or up the feed a little bit more so she packs on a little more fat for now?

Looks the way a pup should look nothing wrong with the way the pup looks.

I prefer my pups a little plump with no ribs or backbone or hips showing.
