    only time will tell but I think I got
    some good animals on my hands
    from what I've seen from my dogs
    and what I've heard of their relatives !

    I really like the Wrangler dog. I am waiting for one of the Mims bitches here to come into heat. That Patrick/Mims cross has been some of my favorite dogs. My opinion only but I think you will be happy down the road, at least the odds should be in your favor anyway. S

    from talking with big I hear Wrangler is a good dog
    as well as lexus and the jordan dog ! as ive said I'm
    please with my pups so far so I dont think ill be let
    down by them I also think ive got good odds with
    them ! thanks for your opinion im always willing to
    talk and learn about these dogs so keep it coming ...

    A 50/50 Snooty-Redboy male that produced a number of good dogs, good dogs that produced good dogs. In your ped he was bred to Sasha. She was a Molly Bee type breeding. (Lil Molly as game a dog as they come) Out of that he produced Chingy (Chingaling). When Chingaling was bred back to a Spiffy/Lucky female (more Snooty/Redboy) out came Lexxus and her 4 time winning brother.


    Lucious produced dogs that were all night game and competed with a ton of brains. He had a 4XW littermate called Tate. Another exceptional dog that performed and then produced. Lucious and Tate were a lot a like in stature and appearance. Some would say "looks like Snooty and goes all night like Redboy". A wonderful cross for that family over the years.

    Lucious was a sweet natured, well rounded dog. He knew what time it was and what he was suppose to do in every situation. In his last few breedings at maybe 12 years old age had caught him. He would look up and his face would pretty much say, " I can't hold her too". He was a solid dog from a solid family of dogs from two strains that have stood the tests of time. It never hurts to have him in your pedigree. S

    as I said I heard he (lucious) was one
    of mims better dogs along with jiggs,
    spiffy and lucky ! can you tell me more
    about them ? thats if you want to not
    a problem if you don't ! thanks again !

    p.s.

    in the ped of my pup the one mentioned above
    from talking with the breeder and seeing my
    older female pup from him I think I got good
    ones ! I had wanted a pup from an earlier breeding
    of ike to lexus that big posted a page or two back
    but that was a small all female litter and nothing
    available from that one so when I saw how similar
    the JordanXLexus breeding was I jumped at and
    scored a nice black and white male and I have all
    these good dogs in the ped such as lexus and her
    brother, chingy, lucious,jiggs,spiffy,lucky and then
    cronos up top then I got these same dogs plus
    good bolio dogs in my female's ped coming from
    her sire Wrangler so I think I made out better then
    alright with these pups

    I believe you did fine. I will be breeding a double spiffy/lucky female to Wrangler soon. So it is not like I am just singing his praises for no reason. I will be breeding to him soon.

    The dogs you mentioned all brought different things to the table. The three main Redboy studs were Jiggs, Spiffy and Punch. All threw game dogs but the Jiggs dogs were a rougher bunch, the Spiffy dogs were more intense and the Punch dogs were a combination of the two. Lucky and Rainbow threw a boat load of game dogs, dogs that could run in any circle.

    I feel like they are a plus anytime you find them in your pedigree. S

    ive got another question this time about hardtack rom
    were the three grand champion's he produced out of
    the same litter ? or repeat breeding's ? I know that all
    three are off hardtack and Carolina flo !

    I am not 100% sure but I believe all three were from the same litter but there two Gr's and one Ch. I am not sure about the third Gr. Ch in that litter.

    The HT/Car. Flo breedings threw extremely high percentages of game dogs and in turn threw dogs that threw high percentages of game dogs. Finding Rainbow in your pedigree is a good thing. Finding Fiddlefoot is a good thing. S

    I thought I had saw three gr ch's !...
    gr ch gabe, gr ch black dog and
    gr ch sin huevos but I could be
    wrong either way three gr ch's
    or two and a ch all in one litter is
    pretty good !

    The Derby stuff sorta played out. I am not sure of the reasons. The two we had access to did not work out. One was out of Derby and the other was Derby and some Snooty blood. I know of one Derby bred dog down in eastern NC that went to the well a number of times. I can't pop on the Derby stuff just because the two we had did not work. Based on the families and the origins I would say the percentages would be pretty good. S

    that mentioned mims dogs recently !
