    National Pit Bull Awareness Day Extravaganza Sat. Oct 17, 2009

    Lone Star State American Pit Bull Terrier Club will celebrate National Pit Bull Awareness Day Saturday, October 17, 2009 from 11 AM – 4 PM at Mountain Creek Lake Park in Grand Prairie, TX. National Pit Bull Awareness Day was established as a day to focus on these incredible dogs and their devoted, responsible owners.
    Owners need not have a registered dog to participate.

    Events include:
    · Fun show for ADBA and Bully-type dogs
    · Junior Handler
    · Weight Pull track (if you own a WP harness please bring it)
    · Behavior & Training info
    · Food
    · Raffle
    · More events to be announced!

    Events are $5 each, admission is free.
    The park is located in Grand Prairie at Lakeview Dr. and Hardy Road, just south of Dallas (click for map).
