Pete's Dog Gear - leather & nylon collars

I wanted to introduce my dog collar company, Pete's Dog Gear. Some of you may remember me. I make leather, webbing & fabric collars. Harnesses are in the processes of being added. In addition to working harnesses, I plan on having harnesses that will match the decorative collars.

Thank you n2bulldogs. St. Hubert is one that my dog wears. I made a harness to match it for her. St. Hubert is the patron saint of hunters, dogs and against rabies. LOL!

I'm not sure why the link doesn't work, don't know what I did. It you copy it into another tab or window, it works fine.

The Irish one has quite the story behind it. Seems my best friend from second grade in Japan, who I haven't seen since second grade, married a woman who loves english/irish setters. We've had similar challenges and both have companies that make dog collars.

Talk about weird.

Nice work, really like that scull & cross bones collar. How much would you charge for a 2inch leather collar with the scull an cross bones ?

Thank you! This is heavy polypro webbing with 1-3/4" ribbon sewn over it.

I'm in the process of building the page where you can select your leather, select the width, add conchos (I have at least 100) spots (got lots of those too) or rhinestones, select the layout pattern, add your hardware and make it your way.

For now, what you need to do is go to this page: Featured products
Find a collar that has a layout very similar to what you want, and send me an email at custom@petesdoggear.com. Let me know if you want brass, nickel plate or stainless steel hardware, your dog's neck size and which conchos you like. I'll be able to quote it from there.

Almost every collar on the Featured products page can be customized with different options.

I have these skull & crossbones conchos on hand, plus another that I need to photograph and post.

I'm SO glad your site went live, Hoyden! Your work is phenomenal (heck, Ryker's wearing his in my avatar!).

Seeing as how I've got dogs that DESTROY most of the collars I've had (including the seatbelt-type material ones) when we work/play/train, these have been the best collars I could have asked for.

Glad to see you onboard, here. I can't wait to have the rescue mongrel and the new addition getting their collars from you shortly. You ROCK!
