Officers Seize $15,000, 5 Guns, Pitbulls -- Police believe a drug bust turned into a family affair with a disturbing cache, WBAL-TV 11 News reporter Lowell Melser reported.

Anne Arundel County police served a search and seizure warrant around 6 a.m. Tuesday in the 1200 block of Crawford Drive in Glen Burnie, where they said they found several guns, money and drugs.

Officers arrested James Henry Johnson Jr., 51, and James Henry Johnson III, 21, both of Glen Burnie, and charged them with firearms, drug possession and intent to distribute.

Authorities also said they found two teenagers at the house who possessed drugs at the time of the raid. Police said a 15-year-old Baltimore boy faces cocaine possession charges and a 15-year-old pregnant Severn girl faces marijuana possession charges.

Officers said they recovered five handguns from the house, including one that was reported stolen in Anne Arundel County eight years ago. Police said four of the five handguns were loaded upon recovery.

Police said officers recovered more than almost 5½ pounds of marijuana with a street value of almost $27,000, and almost 183 grams of crack cocaine with a street value of $18,300. Additionally, police said they recovered more than $15,000 in cash and two digital scales.

Police said animal control officers removed nine pitbull terriers from the house. Four were returned to the house and five were taken to an animal control facility in Millersville.
