I have three of the four books by Stratton, and was wondering if anyone would like to comment on the books. Informative/B.S./Misleading/etc. ?

I was unsure how credible he was, as we all know trying to get people to agree on anything is difficult. And our breeds history is a spotty one at points. lol

Stratton has alot of knowledge and although he was really never in the game he was around the game and alot of the players for quite sometime.

IMO the Stratton books are just history. More or less Basic history of the Breed and partial history of the Game. They are however good books none the less.
