    For those people that don`t have access to a Strength Coach or trainer but would like one I am setting up training people by email.
    The price is $149 for a set of 3 individualised programs/programmes which are rotated until all 3 have been done 4 times. All goals are catered for and all details are there such correct rep range, tempo, download week etc.
    Also videos/links showing all exercises will be included.
