    well, it is the sign of the times, when they make it mandatory, they will move to humans, you see it is a test, if they can control the animal population, then they will be able to control the human population. THE SIGN OF THE BEAST. they will not be putting it in your arm, but your hand or forhead. it will tell you what you cna buy, do and even live. I will not take the chip, nor my dogs. We need to wake up people. The sign of the Beast is coming soon to a theatre near you. Just think once they get their slimy hands on our dogs, we are next. The constitution will be nothing but a history paper in a museum somewhere.
