Trust me Tigerlines, I FULLY get your point, which is why I don't place dogs. I guess MY main point was that people are going to do it anyway, get dogs they can't handle, so at least if SOMEONE is willing to give some no nonsense info... think of it like sex ed. You can preach all you want that kids shouldn't be doing it, but they will anyway, so better to arm them with info for them to do it safely.

If people saw the amount of work and dedication it takes to run my house successfully, most would change their mind.. and trust me, I've changed many peoples minds about getting the breed. Talking people OUT of the breed is something I do on a regular basis. lol

For some reason people assume that the word dogman or woman automatically equates with other activites with the dogs, when in actuality all it means is having an understanding on an instinctive level of what a dog needs and wants. Able to "get inside a dog" and know what it is asking for at any given time.... the label dogperson was given to these individuals because "normal" people can't do it. When a person asks me how do I know what a dog wants the only response that I CAN come up with is because I'm a dog man... I understand them and they understand me... sometimes better than I understand people and people understand me. So says Superman the dogman LOL.

the dog wouldnt have done it if it was controlled and taught that agression of any kind like that would not be tolerated. they are very simular to kids growing up,, you can teach them anything but if you dont take the time and show them who's the alpha male or female in some cases the you have a dog that will show its dominance in some sort of fashion,, this is why i believe not everyone and most shouldnt have access to dogs like this. cause loving ol petey if not taught well can cause trouble. it is almost always however the owners fault for not instilling whats tolerated and whats not

It didnt matter really if she was loose or not she coulda had 2 foot leash and it woulda happed she was setting 2 feet from me....So give me a F#%ing break! Maybe I should just walked around with her strapped to my back like a woodtick then all would be fine.
